Blue Waters Edge, is a fantastic holiday home overlooking the Blue Waters Lake. A few minutes drive to Ocean Grove Beach and Main shopping centre, or few minutes walk to local shops. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, Geelong, and Portarlington wineries and olive groves. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Blue Waters Edge has 5 bedrooms, main with king bed, 2nd bedroom with king bed, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom (bunk room) with one set of bunks and two single beds and trundle, 5th bedroom has cot......the house has cot and high chair. Sleeping a total of 11 persons, this is a terrific holiday house suitable for two families. Blue Waters Edge is sunny, light, with great views of the lake and surrounds, the house literally runs down to the walking track around the lake. The house has floor heating and an open fire downstairs, portable oil heaters upstairs for winter months and portable fans for summer months. There is tv, dvd, ipod station and cd player. The kitchen has microwave and dishwasher, and is fully equipped with everything you need by way of crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for your weekly or week-end stay. The dining table caters for 12, and outdoors there is outdoor furniture and bbq on deck overlooking the lake. The bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms, which include shower and bath and there are two toilets.
