Blue Water Views, has some bay views and a lovely sunset and is situated in Portarlington. 5 – 10 min walk to everything you want in Portarlington, Shops, Supermarket (IGA) Restaurants, Pub, Beach, Pier, and the famous Portarlington Bakery. 5 minute drive to Portarlington & Bellarine Olive Groves and Wineries, 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and 30 minute drive to Torquay. 1.25 hours drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Blue Water Views is a splendid holiday destination for family groups of 2-3 families (only available for family group bookings). This cedar weatherboard and cedar lined home offers plenty of accommodation great balconies to sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Blue Water Views is well set up and fitted out, functionally furnished, with pine floor boards, slate and carpets to bedrooms. Main bedroom has ensuite and queen bed, 2nd bedroom – queen bed, - 3rd bedroom – double bed, - 4th bedroom single bed with + spare single mattress, - 5th bedroom set of bunks, 6th bedroom cot, change table and high chair. A bungalow outside has a set of bunks, kitchenette, and separate bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. There is also a double couch bed in the 2nd living area. Sleeping total of 14-16, supported by 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, large kitchen dining room, large living room and 2nd kids living room downstairs, Blue Water Views is set up with families in mind. The younger folks will appreciate the iPod docking station.

Blue Water Views has balconies on two sides with some bay views and a lovely sunset, see the ships pass by, sensational sunsets and the You Yangs in the distance. The kitchen dining area has microwave and dishwasher, and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, platters and glasses to cater for family stays, stand at the sink and take in the lovely bay views. The kitchen has large refrigerator with freezer, and the bungalow has small fridge for drinks. The lounge area has flat screen tv with dvd, stereo, the 2nd living area has tv and dvd/video. For winter nights there is log fire, supported by split system heating and air conditioning. Outdoors there is bbq and outdoor furniture to cater for your outdoor living. The yard is fenced for kids to play on the grassed area.....ample car parking with carport and nature strip parking. Minutes walk to everything.......book now for ultimate holiday enjoyment.
