This cedar weatherboard and cedar lined home offers plenty of accommodation great balconies to sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Main bedroom has ensuite and queen bed, 2nd bedroom – queen bed, - 3rd bedroom – double bed, - 4th bedroom single bed with + spare single mattress, - 5th bedroom set of bunks, 6th bedroom cot, change table and high chair. The 7th. bedroom is a fully self contained bungalow with a trio-bunk and a single bed with its own bathroom, shower and basin plus a kitchenette. There is also a double couch bed in the 2nd living area. Sleeping total of 14-16, supported by 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, large kitchen dining room, large living room and 2nd kids living room downstairs, Blue Water Views is set up with families in mind. Blue Water Views has balconies on two sides with some bay views and a lovely sunset, see the ships pass by, sensational sunsets and the You Yangs in the distance. The kitchen dining area has microwave and dishwasher, and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, platters and glasses to cater for family stays, stand at the sink and take in the lovely bay views. The kitchen has large refrigerator with freezer, and the bungalow has small fridge for drinks. The lounge area has flat screen tv with dvd, stereo, the 2nd living area has tv and dvd/video.
