Main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has trio bunk, (double bed on bottom, single bed on top,) and a single trundle, 3rd bedroom has two sets of single bunks, sleeping total of 10 persons, there is one bathroom with shower and bath, and two toilets. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and ample crockery, cutlery, and glasses to cater for family groups, laundry has washing machine and dryer. The recently updated Kitchen/dining/living area has new TV, DVD, CD/iPOD Stereo with reverse cycle air conditioning and outdoors there is bbq outdoor seating for lazy summer days, and the yard is fully fenced and has high front fence for children to play. Beach House on Hitchcock is an ideal location for family holidays in a fantastic location, close to all amenities and the wonderful barwon waterways.
