Banksia is a great 3 bedroom
beach house set amongst native gardens, and backing on to
the Barwon Heads Village Park, the back fence has a gate,
so you can literally walk through the gate, across the park
to the Barwon Heads main Street, a good 10 minute stroll to
cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pub, river, beach and all
Barwon Heads has to Offer.
Banksia has spotless presentation, and is fully self contained.
The three bedrooms are double bedrooms, the main bedroom
also has a folding bed, and the two other double bedrooms
have trundle beds under the double beds, sleeping a total
of 6-9. The kitchen, dining, living areas flow from each
other, and the living area can be closed off with double
French doors. The outdoor bbq area is off the dining area
in a peaceful garden setting.
