Arinya Apartment 2 is one of 4 luxury apartments situated just off the main street in Barwon Heads. Completed in July 2004, these new apartments are 5 minutes walk and you are in the centre of the main street, or down by the river, at the supermarket, or sipping lattes at Starfish Bakery. It’s a hard life!!! Won’t get a better location in Barwon Heads. 20 minute drive to Tourquay, Portarlington, Geelong, or Queenscliff, 1 hour to Lorne, and 4 minutes to Ocean Grove.

Arinya Apartment 2, is a 1st. floor 2 bedroom apartment, with fantastic front balcony complete with electric bbq and outdoor furniture for those lazy summer barbeques. Step inside and the summer feel continues with white timber Venetian blinds, and an open plan kitchen, dining, living area complete with tv, dvd, dishwasher, LG washer/dryer, fan forced oven, microwave, air conditioning, (split system) and electric space heating, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a meal, or if you like just stroll up to one of the many restaurants in Barwon Heads.

Arinya Apartment 2 has 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom, and 2 nd bedroom with trio bunk (double bed on bottom, and single bed on top, sleeping a total of 5. The apartment has its own car port, private entrance, and the grounds are landscaped with appropriate coastal plantings. There is an outside shower to wash off the sand from the beach.
