The Arinya Apartment No.4 is a fantastic two bedroom apartment within walking distance of the Barwon River, Shopping Centre, Restaurants and Recreational Facilities in Barwon Heads.

Arinya is a local Aboriginal name for Kangaroo. The original flats on the site were called Kangaroo Flats and were over 50 years old before undergoing a major Architect Designed transformation.

Arinya Apartment No.4 is a beautifully finished, brand new with Archi-Centre seal for quality and design and were completed in April 2004. They are stylishly furnished with new modern furniture, fittings and stainless steel appliances.
