Arinya is a local Aboriginal name for Kangaroo. The original flats on the site were called Kangaroo Flats and were over 50 years old before undergoing a major Architect Designed transformation.

Arinya Apartment No.4 is a beautifully finished, brand new with Archi-Centre seal for quality and design and were completed in April 2004. They are stylishly furnished with new modern furniture, fittings and stainless steel appliances.

The two bedroom apartment is ground floor with kitchen, dining living areas leading to timber deck and grassed area with bbq. All areas are heated with electric space heating. Two bedrooms lead from each side of the living areas, these have built in robes and one is furnished with a queen bed, the other with a trio (double bed on bottom and single bed on top).

The apartment has its own car port, private entrance, and the grounds are landscaped with appropriate coastal plantings. There is an outside shower to wash off the sand from the beach.

This is a top quality apartment in the heart of Barwon Heads, the perfect location for a short or extended stay. Minutes walk to river, main street shops, restaurants, Barwon Heads Hotel, and beach at Jetty.
