We commenced with our own holiday rental property in 1996 and have grown along the way to what we are now, one of the largest accommodation booking services on the Bellarine Peninsula. Our booking services are focussed solely on the Bellarine Peninsula region and we have over 150 properties to select from, ensuring that you won't need to look very far to find suitable accommodation for your next visit.

We have lived, worked and played in the Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads region (THE BELLARINE) for over 30 years and have an intimate knowledge of the area.

Meryll & John have conducted the business since 1996. They have extensive experience in sales and marketing, Diploma in Business Management, Cert IV in assessment and workplace training, Teaching, and Certificates in Food Hygiene for Foodhandlers and Food Safety Plans.

Our property management team has extensive qualifications and experience in Hospitality, Hotel Management and Property and Business Managment. This combination gives us the edge over other management services as we are able to achieve a balance between customer service, financial control, property management and maintenance and booking/reservation management.

Andrew Smith has a Batchelor of Business (Tourism and Hospitality), a Diploma in Hospitality Management and is also a qualified chef. Andrew has previously had a management role with private golf clubs in the accommodation, food beverage and weddings and brings over 10 years experience in these areas, new ideas and excellent work ethic to the organisation.
