Somerset Cottage is a charming seaside cottage set in a charming garden setting. Located in the main street of Barwon Heads with high fence and gates, you are assured of privacy during your stay. Park the car when you arrive, and walk everywhere. Minutes walk to shops, beach, river, childrens playground, restaurants, bakery, pub, supermarket. 20 minute drive to Geelong, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Portarlington, Tourquay, and one hour drive to Lorne.

Somerset Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed in main bedroom, 2nd bedroom with set of bunks and single bed, 3rd bedroom with trio bunk (double bed on bottom bunk, single bed on top, sleeping a total of 8 persons. The Cottage has open fire in living area, split system reverse cycle air conditioning to living area, and electric panel heater in kitchen. There is TV, dvd, video, stereo, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor garden area has a great outdoor setting and bbq for those lazy summer barbeques. One bathroom with shower and hip bath and two toilets support the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday break.

Tariff:
20/12 – 31/1 = $1495 per week
Easter = 4 nights $1000
Feb – Easter $895 per week
After Easter to 20/12
And outside school holidays $695 pw
School Holidays $795 pw
Week-ends 1/5 – 1/12 $400
1/12 – 30/4 $500
4 nights for price of 3 midweek on week-end rates

Min 2 nights stay at most properties

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, this can be paid by credit card, internet banking, or cheque to our office. Balance due on check in by any of the above options or week prior to check in by any of the above options. Please call our office on 03 5254 3263 for arrangements.
